Platforms over-report
Ad platforms count conversions they did not cause. On one account in our work the gap between platform-reported and attributed revenue was six figures over three months.
Budget concentrates badly
Spend splits across overlapping audiences, or pools behind one creative that is already fatiguing, and the account stops learning.
Scaling before tracking is fixed
If attribution is wrong at low spend, scaling multiplies the error. Measurement gets verified before budget moves.
Expensive traffic hits a weak page
A good campaign pointed at a slow or unfocused landing page is a conversion problem being paid for at media prices.
Every lever that moves your growth numbers
Five services run the acquisition. Four make sure the traffic they buy converts.
Core growth
Meta Ads
Facebook and Instagram, prospecting through retention.
ROAS, CPA, purchase volume

CPA, lead quality, revenue

Every figure comes from the client's own reporting, and we name the source on each page.
Acquisition across two platforms reported as one budget, judged against attributed revenue rather than the platform's own number.

You see what we see
Most agencies send a PDF at month end, assembled from the weeks that went well.
You get the live dashboard instead, with the creative level breakdown underneath the headline number. Metric definitions are fixed in writing at kickoff so nobody moves the goalposts later, and any week below an agreed floor gets a written diagnosis within 48 hours.
- Spend, revenue, ROAS, CPA and AOV, live
- Creative level breakdown by ad
- Attributed revenue next to platform-reported
- Weekly written note on what changed and why
Creative is the variable that moves CPA most
So it runs as a loop with a schedule, not a one-time production job.
- Concept
Written against a specific objection, not a format.
- Hooks
The first three seconds, built as the thing being tested.
- Iterations
One hook across formats, so the winner is isolatable.
- Test
Controlled, on schedule, against the current winner.
- Winner
The variant that holds efficiency at volume.
- Scale
Budget follows proof. Losers cut before they drain it.
Traffic is expensive. Do not send it to a page that leaks.
A campaign can only be as good as the page it sends people to. We build and rebuild WordPress sites, Shopify stores and standalone landing pages as part of the performance work, not as a separate project that finishes and gets handed over.
Mobile first, fast, built around one conversion action, with analytics and events wired before launch rather than retrofitted after the first month of spend.
How we work
Four stages, in that order, with the measurement proven before the budget moves.
- 01Audit
The account, the offer, the tracking and the landing page, before we quote. You keep the findings whether or not you hire us.
- 02Strategy
Budget split, creative testing plan, and the numbers we hold ourselves to. Agreed in writing before anything launches.
- 03Test
Controlled tests across campaigns, creative and pages. Tracking verified end to end first. Nothing scales until it has earned it.
- 04Scale
Budget moves behind proven winners, with the dashboard open to you the whole time and a weekly note on what changed.
What the free audit actually covers
A short video, back within 48 hours, naming what we would change first and why. No generic PDF, no call required to receive it.
- Campaign and account structure review
- Budget allocation across campaigns and channels
- Creative performance and fatigue check
- Landing page and conversion path review
- Tracking and attribution verification
- The three highest-impact opportunities, ranked
Questions we get asked
Who does Adperva work with?
Ecommerce, DTC and lead generation brands that are already spending on paid media and have proven the product sells. The work is about scaling what exists without CPA climbing, not finding out whether there is a market.
Do you run both Meta and Google Ads?
Yes, and usually together. Treating them as one acquisition budget rather than two separate reports is most of the advantage. Either channel can be run alone if that is what the account needs.
Can you handle paid advertising and website development together?
Yes. Paid media and the page the traffic lands on are the same problem. We build and improve WordPress sites, Shopify stores and standalone landing pages, with tracking wired in before launch.
Do you build WordPress websites?
Yes. WordPress is a full service, not an add-on. Mobile-first marketing sites, lead generation pages and conversion focused builds, with SEO-ready structure and a page system you can extend without a developer every time.
Do you create the ad creative?
Yes. Concepts, copy and creative briefs built per funnel stage, produced in variants so a hook can be tested separately from a format.
How do you measure performance?
Against revenue, profit, CPA and conversion rate, reconciled with your own store or CRM. Platform-reported figures are a starting point, not the report. Where the two disagree, we show you both.
How does the free audit work?
You give read access to the ad account and send the store URL. Within 48 hours you get a short video walking through campaign structure, budget allocation, creative, the landing page and tracking, with the three things we would change first. You keep the findings whether or not you hire us.
How much should a business be spending before this makes sense?
Enough that a percentage improvement is worth paying for. If paid media is a small test budget, the honest answer is that you need more data before an agency adds value, and we will say so on the audit.
How quickly can we start?
The audit comes back within 48 hours. After that, onboarding and tracking verification come first, then launch. Nothing is scaled before the measurement underneath it is confirmed working.
What reporting do I get?
Dashboard access from week one, showing spend, revenue, ROAS, CPA and AOV with the creative level breakdown underneath, plus a weekly note on what changed and why. The same view we work from.
